City of Chicago wants to toss out Disgrace Jussie Smollett's Lawsuit

Good Morning Welcome to the omegastudionews/talkshowtea blog-page we have an update in the disgrace Jussie Smollett's case. We have learned from social media network that lawyers for the city of Chicago and multiple police officers are being sued for malicious prosecution by the actor, now a judge should toss his claims because, in part the Actor could again face charges. Social Media Network is saying this argument appears in a 14-page memo seeking dismissal filed by city's attorney.

The Actors lawyer insisted that a 16-count criminal indictment the actor faced earlier this year caused him economic harm, "humiliation, mental anguish and extreme emotional distress." The City of Chicago is suing to recover $130,106 spent investigating what allegedly turned out to be a false claim by the actor. The City is asking a judge to toss the Actor lawsuit. The Actor criminal proceeding is thus not over and investigation into his potential crime is ongoing and criminal charges may well be reinstated.

If you recall the Actor stage his own hate crime back in January 2019, then in March 2019 all 16 counts of criminal indictment were dismissed, after he was indicted by a Grand Jury. Stay with the OmegaStudioNews/TalkShowTea as this story updates.
