Rebuild Texas after Hurricane Harvey 2017

Hurricane Harvey was the first major hurricane to make landfall in the US since Wilma in 2005. Four day period, so many areas received more than 40 inches over eastern Texas, causing catastrophic flooding. After it was over hundreds of thousands of homes, displaced more then 30,000 people and prompted more than 17,000 rescues. Total of 48 confirmed Fatalities, Damage is estimated in tens of billions of dollar's. Winds at 130 mph and formed August 17, 2017.
