13 Year Old Suspect in NYC Court


Happy Saturday welcome to the blog-page. We have this story coming from the social media network, that a 13 year old suspect is charge with murder. The deadly stabbing of an 18-year-old Barnard College student Tessa Majors, according to social media network she was walking in a park near her school in Manhattan campus. The suspect walked into the courtroom on Friday wearing black sweatpants, Air Jordan sneakers and a navy hoodie, they said the young boy bit his bottom lip nervously as a court officer asked his name in age.

The late Tessa Majors, a first-year college student from Virginia who was interested in journalism and played in a rock band. Social media network stated that the 18 year old was walking though Morning side Park in upper Manhattan on Wednesday night when three teenagers tried to rob her, police said, they also stated that one of her assailants pulled a knife and stabbed her several times, the group then left as the 18 year old staggered up a flight of stair, out the park into the streets that's when a campus security officer found her.

Police said that the folded knife with a 4 inch blade is being tested for DNA and fingerprints. The 13 year old is not being charged as an adult, he lives in Harlem is 5 feet 5 inches tall, has not been formally charged with a crime, he is expected to be arraigned eventually on changes of second-degree felony murder, robbery and criminal possession of a weapon.
