Honor Student Who Was Struck in Head with Stray Bullet Dies

Kentavia Blackful was sitting in her living room at a computer, when she was shot. This happen outside of Chicago on Monday, she was excited about planning her 12th birthday party. We have just leaned that the senseless death has shock the Chicago community.
